1. About these terms

FinAce.ai (the "Service") is an AI-based financial information chatbot and set of research tools owned and operated by OneSkill ("we", "us"), a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, registration number INH000030773. By using the website or the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Plans

The Service has a Free plan (basic charts and basic stock screeners) and a paid Pro plan (complete chatbot access, advanced screeners, buy/sell recommendations, news updates, broker connection and other features). Pro is priced at ₹90,000 plus 18% GST per year. Prices and features may change with notice on this website.

3. Accounts and payments

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Pro access is personal to you and may not be shared or resold.

4. Not personalised advice

Chatbot responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or wrong. Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us, the content of the Service is general research and educational information and not a recommendation tailored to your finances. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. See our risk disclaimer.

5. Broker connection

If you connect a broker account, you authorise the Service to access the data your broker permits. You remain responsible for all orders and decisions on that account. You can disconnect your broker at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy or resell the Service's content, attempt to break or overload the Service, scrape data at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The FinAce.ai name, logo, website and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for your personal use only.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, or for interruptions, data delays or errors from market data providers.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to any grievance rights you have under SEBI regulations.
